The beautiful grounds of Marybrooke Manor in Sherbrooke forest was the venue of choice for Tara and Alex’s big day. Marybrooke Manor is nestled on the edge of the Sherbrooke Forest in the Dandenong Ranges. And typical with weather up in the Dandenong’s, there was rain forecast. As a result it was touch and go as to whether the ceremony would be outside in the picturesque outdoor garden gazebo. With the white Americana chairs and signing table with linen. Marybrooke have a Plan B option for wet weather with their indoor ceremony which boasts large windows and a magnificent garden outlook.
Getting ready at Marybrooke Manor
Tara and her bride tribe got ready in the bridal suite at the Manor. Alex and his crew chose to get ready at the Green Haven Cottage which is located just 300 metres from Marybrooke. With a billiard table, BBQ and large deck it is an ideal area for the groom to spend the night before their wedding, and is a great accommodation option for the larger family or those willing to share.

Couple portraits on the grounds of Marybrooke Manor
With the guests keeping warm and enjoying pre-reception drinks and canapés in PJ’s Restaurant & Bar, Tara and Alex braved the cold for their portrait photos. The expansive grounds of Marybrooke have so many great options for your photos.
