These terms and conditions govern your use of the www.myscandistyle.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") and the services provided by My Scandi Style (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By accessing the Website and/or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1. Services Offered

1.1. The Company offers wedding photography services, including but not limited to capturing, editing, and delivering photographs of wedding events.

1.2. The Company may also provide additional services such as prints, albums, or digital copies of photographs upon request.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking of services is subject to availability. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required, as specified by the Company.

2.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the wedding event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2.3. Failure to make payment in accordance with the agreed terms may result in the cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event may result in additional fees, as determined by the Company.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel services in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.

4. Copyright and Ownership

4.1. The Company retains all copyright and ownership rights to the photographs produced, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, and display.

4.2. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.3. The client agrees not to edit, alter, or manipulate the photographs without the express consent of the Company.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

5.2. The Company may use photographs from wedding events for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of its services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6.2. The Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
