Tell me about your The Beginning!
Doug and I first met in High school when he transferred across to my high school. We met in the school cafeteria for the first time. I like to say i was his first friend as he hadn’t really met anyone yet. We became very good friends before we had a romantic relationship. Our first date was at the movies.
When and where did you get engaged?
We got engaged January 1st 2021 on New Years Day at Byron Bay at a lookout point overlooking the ocean with out two fur babies with us.
What style/theme/colours have you chosen for your Wedding Day?
My style is very much Modern Boho with colours of naturals, whites and soft pinks.
What are you most looking forward to on the day?
I am mostly looking forward to marrying my best friend of 11 years and starting our next chapter together and of course celebrating the day with our beautiful boy and family and friends.
Top Tips!
Limit your guest list to the people that you really want at your wedding and who you are most close with. Don’t add extras just to please other people because the list gets out of control and so does the budget for the wedding.
Really do your research with brands and companies that really compliment your style and what you are looking for on your wedding day to make sure you have chosen the perfect team to pull off your special day.
